• Updated its Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy to meet GDPR transparency and notice requirements
• Reviewed and amended contractual agreements, including implementing processes to meet GDPR sub-processor obligations
• Introduced technical updates to systems and platforms to support GDPR compliance and facilitate enhanced data subject rights.

Definition of Personal Data

Under GDPR, personal data refers to any information relating to an identifiable individual (“data subject”). This includes both direct and indirect identifiers such as:

• Email addresses
• Financial information (e.g. bank details)
• Social media content
• Medical or health-related information

Personal Data Collected

The Organisation collects personal data in a variety of ways, including:
• Information provided through registration forms
• Details submitted when purchasing products or services
• Data entered via contact forms
• Information voluntarily shared by users

Account Creation

Creating an account typically requires only an email address and password. However, additional information may be requested depending on the service being used, such as:
• Name
• Telephone number
• Postal address

Where services involve children (e.g. educational services or assessments), relevant student information may be collected to ensure services are delivered safely, appropriately, and in compliance with legal obligations.

In addition, devices used to access services their technical data e.g. IP Address, OS, device type are captured
